At WOMAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
